Director of Product

The Role & Responsibilities-

• The Director of Product leads a strategic and central group within the Platform division, which serves as the organization's technological core.
• Managing a team of experienced Product Managers and reporting directly to the VP of Product, the individual works closely with executive leadership and the founders on the most significant domains in the AI landscape:
• AI Strategic Leadership: Defining the vision and leading the strategy for AI Assistants and advanced AI-driven automation solutions.
• Next-Gen Integration: Leading the evolution toward Agentic Workflows, aiming to make the company's products accessible to autonomous AI agents (Agent-to-Agent) as the market evolves.
• Cross-Organizational Impact: Heading horizontal solutions that support all product and development groups within the organization, directly influencing product architecture.
• End-to-End Ownership: Holding full accountability for the product lifecycle, from high-level vision and strategy to global production deployment at immense scales.

Requirements-

• 4 years of experience as a Director of Product in mid-to-large-scale technology companies – Mandatory.
• 7 years of professional experience in Product Management – Mandatory.
• Proven track record of leading AI product initiatives, with a specific focus on LLM applications – Mandatory.
• A deep technical background or significant experience within the DevOps / DevSecOps ecosystem – Mandatory.
• Proven ability to lead complex strategic moves and collaborate effectively with C-level executives.
• Ability to manage, mentor, and lead senior Product Managers in a dynamic, global environment.
