Job description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to contribute to two main areas of our technology operations:

End-to-End Development of Internal Systems

This role involves responsibility for the design, development, and implementation of internal tools and customer-facing systems, with attention to scalability, efficiency, and usability.

End Customer Solutions

The position primarily involves developing solutions with Generative AI and cutting-edge technologies from proof-of-concept (POC) through production deployment, with responsibilities centered on backend development and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and highly usable application features for both internal systems and customer platforms.
• Build, deploy, and maintain GenAI-powered applications, leading backend development efforts throughout the full lifecycle.
• Work with distributed computing technologies, ensuring performance and reliability across systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using C#, ASP.NET Core, Python and Azure services.
• Develop backend services and APIs following microservice architecture best practices.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to support continuous deployment and delivery.
• Own and drive quality for your code — including automated testing, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to align goals and deliver high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience working with cloud platforms — Azure preferred.
• Proficient in ASP.NET Core and C# with strong backend development experience.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and experience building distributed systems.
• Experience working with Kubernetes and distributed computing environments.
• Familiar with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset for ownership and accountability.

Advantage

• Experience working with AI Tool like Git Hub Copilot/Cursor
• Experience with Power Platform or other low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) for full-stack capabilities.
• Prior work on GenAI or ML-integrated applications.
