We’re hiring: Sales Director Israel – Meeting Insights (AudioCodes)
Looking for a senior, hands-on enterprise sales leader to build and scale our Meeting Insights business in Israel – an AI-powered platform transforming how organizations analyze and optimize meetings.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role, where you’ll have full ownership of the Israeli market. We need a leader who can navigate C-level suite conversations but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and build a territory from the ground up.
Your focus:
End-to-End Sales: Driving the full cycle from prospecting to closing high-value SaaS deals.
Strategic Engagement: Partnering with local System Integrators and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
Value Selling: Positioning AI-driven insights as a business necessity for the modern enterprise.
What we’re looking for:

- 7+ years of proven success in Enterprise SaaS sales within the Israeli market
- Proven experience selling into Israeli enterprise accounts
- A true "Hunter" with a track record of independent pipeline generation and closing deals
- Consistent quota overachievement and ownership of full sales cycle (end-to-end)
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Ability to translate complex technology into compelling business value for C-level stakeholders
- Experience in AI / Analytics / Microsoft Teams ecosystem – a significant advantage
