A Defense Company in Ashdod Is Hiring a System Engineer for an Unmanned Platform
Position Overview:
• Lead the development and validation of a complex System of Systems, including a multi‑sensor autonomous platform and C4I systems — from defining the solution and required architecture, through detailed design, development, integration, and testing.
• Define requirements for system components.
• Write technical specifications, system design documents, and requirement definitions.
• Analyze requirements and define system processes, operational logics, and interfaces between subsystems.
• Provide ongoing guidance to subcontractors and oversee their deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary engineering team in a matrix environment.
• Manage and lead design reviews and managerial reviews.
• Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized academic institution — mandatory
• Experience in System Engineering / System Definition — mandatory
• Strong multidisciplinary systems understanding — mandatory
• Experience with unmanned systems — advantage
• Maritime experience — advantage
• Experience managing subcontractors — advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and motivate others
• High level of English
