IT Administrator

We are looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to join our IT team and support the company’s day-to-day IT operations. This role combines system administration, user lifecycle management, IT operations, and employee support across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage permissions, licenses, and provide operational support
• Diagnose technical issues, map root causes, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams ( MA
• Procure and manage end-user IT equipment for the organization
• Manage company domains, renewals, and new domain purchases
• Information security awareness training
• Track tasks and assist with IT projects and operational initiatives (PMO)

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experiencein an IT Administrator / IT Support / System Administrator role
• Experience with user management, permissions, and license administration
• Experience supporting end-user devices and software installation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• High level English is a must

Additional advantages

• Experience building AI-based automations or scripts to streamline IT or operational processes
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP / BI / PLM
• Familiarity with identity and access management tools (Active Directory / Azure AD / Google Workspace)
