The brand is already live, with initial sales and proof of concept (POC).

The opportunity

Join Speed Class as a co-founder and take full ownership of the business side of the brand.

This is a hands-on role with equity and financial investment, focused on building and scaling the brand.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Leading the e-commerce strategy (website, funnels, CRO, AOV)

• Managing and scaling paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google — hands-on or via vendors)

• Driving growth through experimentation and data

• Help planning the marketing roadmap

• Identifying business opportunities (partnerships, collaborations, channels)

• Managing pricing, margins, and budgets

• Owning revenue growth and performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in e-commerce

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and key metrics

• Hands-on executor with a growth mindset

• Experience scaling brands or products

• High ownership, independence, and decision-making ability

• Ability to commit significant time and lead the business side

Important notes

• This is an equity-based co-founder role (not a salaried position)

• Financial investment is expected
