Role Overview:

Support the development of advanced algorithms for extracting visual intelligence from satellite imagery. You will serve as the professional bridge between operational intelligence and AI development teams.

Required Professional Expertise:

• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Satellite Imagery Interpretation.
• Expertise in Tactical, Infrastructure, and Terrain analysis using both EO (Electro-Optical) and SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) sensors.
• Mastery of various interpretation methodologies, ranging from real-time analysis to in-depth research.
• Proficiency in operating advanced intelligence interpretation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpretation & Annotation: Identifying and tagging findings in the fields of weaponry, infrastructure, and terrain (Air, Land, and Sea domains).
• GT Generation: Producing high-quality Ground Truth (GT) data, from individual components to full-scale arrays.
• Algorithmic Analysis: Analyzing algorithmic outputs to provide professional feedback and optimization insights to development teams.

Experience & Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in an operational intelligence/interpretation unit.
• Certification in EO and SAR interpretation.
• Proven experience in Visual Research.
• Advantage: Experience in training/mentoring junior interpreters.
• Advantage: Experience in leading or managing interpretation teams.
