Role Overview:

As a Software Engineer at Nanovel, you will be an integral part of our engineering team, developing software for the embedded controllers of our Autonomous Robot. You’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the development of advanced robotic systems for agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software for Autonomous Robotics control using embedded controllers.
• Collaborate with the engineering team for field trials in domestic or international orchards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Proficiency in Python and C++.
• Experience with Linux-based systems, particularly Ubuntu.
• Experience with Git and Git workflows.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to tackle challenges.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

An advantage skill:

• Experience or interest in Robotics Algorithms (Navigation, Perception, or Motion Planning).
• Experience with ROS2 (Robot Operating System 2).
• Familiarity with embedded systems (e.g., Raspberry Pi, Arduino).
• Knowledge of NVIDIA embedded GPUs.
