Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Herzliya for a Spa Receptionist. The Spa Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, answering phone inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming experience for guests. Duties also include handling clerical tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing exceptional customer service within the spa environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette skills and comfort with managing phone communications.
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and handling Clerical Skills.
- Excellent Communication capabilities and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding Customer Service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
- Previous experience in a spa or luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
- Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
