Legal Counsel - Consumer Goods Sector

A global leader in the personal care industry is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its international legal team. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, this role will serve as a key legal partner and trusted right hand, providing broad commercial support across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support and advice across multiple departments and global jurisdictions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of cross-border commercial agreements (distribution, vendor, retail, manufacturing, marketing, NDAs, DPAs, etc.).
  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including negotiation of key business terms.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders in Israel and global subsidiaries.
  • Support regulatory compliance and advise on privacy, IP, data protection, competition, and consumer protection matters.

Requirements:

  • LL.B. and active Israeli Bar membership – mandatory.
  • 5+ years’ post-internship experience in commercial/transactional law (in-house at a global company or leading law firm).
  • Experience within Consumer Goods Sector - must
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contracts; familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, privacy, IP, competition, and consumer protection laws – an advantage.
  • Excellent English (written and spoken) – must.
  • Business-oriented mindset with strong prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility to work across NA and APAC time zones when required.
