Position Summary

The Data Product Manager is responsible for the strategic design and definition of the company’s internal data assets and infrastructure, aligning the user requirements with the engineering process of the team.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and document technical requirements for internal data products, translating internal user needs to an actionable roadmap.
• Oversee the development of the data roadmap from ingestion (API) to application (BI), ensuring all data products align with the firm’s profitability objectives.
• Establish and maintain definitive calculation logic for core KPIs.
• Conduct systematic evaluations of data accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies between platform reporting and realized financial returns.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in product management, specifically within data-intensive environments.
• Proven experience in designing logic for automated decision-making or rule-based optimization systems.
• SQL proficiency. You should be comfortable exploring large, complex datasets independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in an engineering role.
• Prior experience in affiliate marketing or performance media buying.
