We're a lean GTM Engineering & HubSpot consulting working with Israeli B2B startups — and we're looking for a HubSpot Expert to join our team.
What we do
At Avero, we don't just advise — we build. CRM architecture, automation pipelines, lifecycle management, reporting. We're hands-on partners to our clients, not slide deck consultants.
What you'll do
- Own HubSpot implementations across multiple client accounts
- Build and optimize workflows, pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and dashboards
- Translate client business needs into practical CRM solutions
- Collaborate with the team on automation and integration projects (Make.com, AI tools, APIs)
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of hands-on HubSpot experience — Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub
- Solid understanding of RevOps / GTM Ops concepts
- Technical mindset — you don't need to code, but you need to understand how systems connect
- Experience with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, n8n) is a strong plus
- Strong ownership, clear communication, and ability to manage client relationships independently
Bonus points
- HubSpot certifications
- Agency or consulting background
- Familiarity with AI-powered workflows
