Role Description

We are a young, profitable startup experiencing strong growth and expanding our engineering team. We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who wants to play a key role in building our systems, improving development processes, and helping shape the future of our platform.

This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership. You will work closely with a team lead while mentoring junior developers and helping establish strong engineering standards as the team grows.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications
• Take ownership of projects from concept through deployment
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features
• Help define development processes, coding standards, and best practices
• Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback
• Mentor and guide junior developers
• Contribute to architectural and technical decisions as the platform evolves

What We’re Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong experience with React and Node.js (required)
• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience working with MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Experience using GitHub, including creating and reviewing pull requests
• Experience with AWS or GCP (GCP experience is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to quality
• A collaborative mindset and interest in helping teammates grow
