Senior QA Engineer (Angio Team)

This position will be based in our office in Israel (Airport City), reporting to Manager QA.

The role:

• Lead and drive testing initiatives across multiple projects within the Angio Mentor platform
• Collaborate closely with development teams to establish testing strategies and quality standards
• Take technical ownership of complex testing scenarios for multidisciplinary products
• Design and oversee execution of advanced test plans covering software req and system integration
• Analyze testing results, identify patterns, and drive resolution of critical issues with dev teams
• Spearhead post-release analysis and continuous improvement of testing processes
  
  

To succeed in this role, we think you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a software QA technical leadership – A must.
• Demonstrated experience in leading testing projects and driving quality initiatives – A must.
• Experience in team leading in QA projects – An advantage.
• Advanced expertise in writing comprehensive test documentation (STD / STP / STR) – A must.
• Experienced with bug tracking systems (preferred JIRA) – A must.
• A. in Medical Engineering or equivalent or ISTQB Certified- A must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex technical challenges
• Proven track record of working effectively with development teams and technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated leader with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. – A must.
• Experience of working in a medical or simulator or gaming company - Significant advantage
• Familiarity with medical Endovascular products and procedures - Significant advantage
