Product Manager - Robotic Surgery Simulation Line

Position Description:

A fast paced, challenging and diverse position, with a unique blend of business and technical aspects. Be involved in creating simulation and education solutions for one of the most compelling technologies in Minimal Invasive Surgery today. Enjoy spending time in the market to understand clinical, technical and marketing product needs. Work with an engineering counterpart to define and develop the product. Communicate with all areas of the company through throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product development process from product concept to launch; Work closely with development teams across the company, primarily with Software Development, HW Engineering, QA and Production.
• Develop educational materials such as step-by-step videos and clinical procedural guidance. Work closely with the physicians, education experts and clinical groups to provide a comprehensive offering.
• Working closely with our industry customers: understanding the product purpose and the customer’s training needs, leading the project to a high quality results within the given project timelines, preparing marketing and educational materials to support product in the field, continuous support in the field to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support marketing activities such as demonstrations to customers, exhibitions, courses.
• Work with your manager to support the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  
  

Requirements:

• BSc (e.g. Biology\life science\bio-medical engineering\Medical) - Must
• 2 years’ experience as a product/project manager in a company with global orientation – Must.
• This position requires travel to customer, partners’ sites and exhibitions – about 6 times a year.
• Excellent English and written communication skills.

• Solutions finder, sharp, able to distinguish the wheat from the chaff. Motivated, ambitious and hard working.
• Experience in writing documentation such as Product Requirements Documents (PRD)– an advantage.

Travel: Requires routine international travel as needed without undue restrictions.
