We are seeking a talented Assistant Controller to join our prestigious public real estate company in the heart of Tel Aviv. If you thrive in dynamic environments and excel in financial management, we want to hear from you!
🔍 Role Overview:
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards and securities regulations, including supplementary reports.
- Develop and manage tax reports.
- Liaise with auditors for comprehensive audits and reviews.
- Collaborate closely with accounting, controllers, and various company departments.
- Execute effective financial controls and provide financial oversight of projects.
- Conduct ongoing analytical assessments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor accounting managers.
- Maintain responsibility for ISOX controls and continuous monitoring.
- Oversee projects, ensuring all aspects are properly managed and communicated across departments.
📌 Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting - Required.
- CPA License - Required.
- Master's degree - Advantage.
- Previous experience in the real estate sector.
- Experience with one of the top 5 accounting firms.
- Full-time position with a willingness to work additional hours as needed.
- Team-oriented work environment.
