Product Manager

Responsibilities-

• This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial product leadership role focused on a new strategic venture within the company.
• Strategic Roadmap: Defining and leading the vision, prioritizing what enters the roadmap to ensure maximum market impact.
• AI-Driven Innovation: Building and deploying AI-based prototypes to enhance user engagement and business automation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Working in a "tight-loop" with R&D, Design, and Business stakeholders to translate complex data and market needs into high-performing features.
• Customer-Centric Research: Conducting deep-dive data analysis and engaging directly with global customers to validate product-market fit and drive continuous optimization.

Requirements-

• Product Expertise: Significant professional experience (6+ years) in Product Management within the SaaS/Digital sector – Mandatory.
• AI Implementation: Proven, hands-on experience working with AI technologies to solve product challenges – Mandatory.
• Strategic Background: Strong track record in B2B2C environments, navigating complex user and business ecosystems – Mandatory.
• Communication Mastery: Native-level or highly professional English (written and verbal) – Mandatory.
• Data & Prototyping: Exceptional analytical skills with experience in building prototypes and utilizing data to drive strategic decisions.
• Ownership Mentality: A self-starter with the ability to lead a new product domain independently from the ground up.
