Software Team Leader

The Role & Responsibilities

• Reporting to a Group Manager and leading a high-caliber team of engineers, the Software Team Lead holds a 50% Hands-On strategic position.
• Engineering Leadership: Directing the development of high-concurrency, low-latency systems within a robust Linux environment.
• Real-Time Data Processing: Spearheading the design of Multi-threaded architectures that process and analyze massive data streams in real-time.
• Protocol & Network Mastery: Developing solutions that interface with complex Networking and Cellular protocols to provide deep-packet insights and predictive quality metrics.
• Cloud Evolution: Scaling the platform’s capabilities within Cloud-native environments to support global high-traffic infrastructures.
• Technical Mentorship: Balancing high-level code contribution with the professional growth and delivery of the engineering team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in C++ Development – Mandatory.
• Leadership Track Record: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead, managing software engineering teams – Mandatory.
• Deep expertise in Linux environments and mastery of Multi-threading and concurrency – Mandatory.
• Proven background in Networking protocols or Cellular infrastructure – Mandatory.
• Cloud & Architecture: Practical experience with Cloud environments and large-scale system design.
