Back End Engineer

The Role

• Working at the intersection of Software Engineering and Cloud-Native Infrastructure, the engineering core builds highly scalable, distributed systems using Go, Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, and Multi-Cloud environments:
• Architectural Ownership: Designing and implementing high-performance backend services capable of managing real-time cloud workloads at a massive scale.
• Cloud-Native Innovation: Deep-diving into Kubernetes internals and orchestration to automate resource dynamics.
• System Reliability: Building robust and observable systems that handle high-velocity data and mission-critical cloud operations from end to end.

Requirements

• 3 years of backend development experience in Go, Python, Java, Scala, or Node.js – Mandatory.
• Proven experience working within Cloud environments and Kubernetes/Containerized ecosystems – Mandatory.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a background in elite military technology units – Mandatory.
• Strong technical depth in distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• A "builder" mentality with a passion for solving complex infrastructure puzzles alongside some of the strongest talent in the industry.
