Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls under CFO direction
- Supervise payroll, option grants, and other financial processes
- Research and apply complex tax and accounting concepts
- Manage external auditors, tax preparers, and valuation teams
- Oversee revenue cycle reporting for clients and subsidiaries
- Ensure smooth financial operations, including payments, banking, vendors, and customers
Requirements:
- 10+ years as a Senior Controller or Director of Finance
- Experience in Hi-tech / Startup – advantage
- SAAS / Software industry experience – advantage
- Big 4 Accounting firm background in Hi-tech – advantage
- CPA with a degree in Accounting
- US GAAP experience – advantage
- Proven ability to lead an accounting team
- Excellent communication skills in English
