Based in the Central District (prime location adjacent to the train) and operating under a Hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Joining an elite R&D core, the Senior Algorithm Engineer focuses on the intersection of deep research and large-scale production.
• Advanced Modeling: Designing and developing sophisticated Machine Learning and Deep Learning models within a massive Big Data ecosystem.
• Research to Production: Leading the full lifecycle of algorithmic development, from theoretical research to high-scale implementation in Python.
• Predictive Analytics: Utilizing Statistical Modeling and AI to optimize real-time performance metrics and large-scale recommendation engines.
• Scalable Innovation: Solving complex challenges related to Ultra-High Scale infrastructures, ensuring models perform reliably under immense data loads.

Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience as an Algorithm Engineer – Mandatory.
• Academic Excellence: An M.Sc. (or higher) in a technical field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering) – Mandatory.
• Expert-level development skills in Python – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in Machine Learning, AI, and Statistical Modeling – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience working in Big Data environments and delivering research into production.
• A strong passion for data-driven problem solving and the ability to thrive in a high-impact, global organization.
