Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role with opportunities for partial remote work. As a Co-founder or Translator, you will be directly involved in strategic decision-making, business development, and day-to-day operational tasks. Responsibilities include market research, marketing strategy development, effective communication with stakeholders, and translating business insights into actionable strategies. You will collaborate closely with team members to drive the company’s growth and influence its direction.

Qualifications

Could go with a few different role types

1) someone to help with the website, marketing, bizdev, etc

2) translating a new type of kabbalah book to different languages, and obviously help with beuracracy

3) business development

4) if anyone knows arduino, to make a machine to help mix oils.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, trends, and make informed strategic decisions
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team members, stakeholders, and clients
• Sales and Marketing skills to support business development and expand market reach
• Proficiency in Research to identify opportunities, analyze market conditions, and gain insights
• Proficiency in translation and ability to convey concepts across languages is a valuable asset
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with occasional on-site responsibilities in Petah Tikva
• Previous experience in a leadership role or startup environment is an advantage
