Chief Technology Officer

We’re Hiring: CTO | RELAXELF

RELAXELF is building a next-generation hybrid solution combining a physical device with an intelligent digital platform to help people manage stress and improve well-being through guided breathing.

We are looking for an exceptional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision and execution from an early stage, and build a truly differentiated product at the intersection of hardware, software, and AI.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end technology strategy across hardware, sensors, and digital platforms (Web & Mobile)
• Architect and build a scalable, data-driven ecosystem around the physical product
• Develop intelligent systems leveraging Machine Learning & AI for real-time personalization of breathing programs based on user data
• Work closely with product, design, and clinical stakeholders to create impactful user experiences
• Build and lead a high-performing tech team

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a senior technology leader (CTO / VP R&D / similar), ideally in early-stage startups
• Strong hands-on experience with physical products, embedded systems, and sensor integration
• Deep expertise in Web & Mobile platforms
• Strong background in Machine Learning / AI, especially in personalization and data-driven systems
• Significant advantage: experience in Digital Health / MedTech
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from zero and move fast
