About Viewz Viewz is an AI-powered finance platform replacing the entire back-office function for SMBs bookkeeping, reporting, compliance, and real-time financial insights. We're a fast-growing fintech startup, backed by top-tier investors, expanding into the US market.

The Role We're looking for a Head of Brand & Marketing Design to own the visual identity of Viewz and lead our design function as we scale. This is a founding creative role — you'll define how Viewz looks, feels, and communicates across every channel, from digital campaigns to investor decks. If you're a senior designer who wants real ownership, not just executes briefs, this is for you.

What You'll Do

• Define, own, and evolve the Viewz brand identity across all channels and touchpoints
• Lead the creative direction for digital campaigns, LinkedIn, email, landing pages, and events
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to produce scroll-stopping social media content
• Create pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials that win deals
• Support the product team with UI/UX mockups and in-app visuals
• Design materials for conferences, meetups, and community events
• Build and maintain brand guidelines and a scalable design system
• As the team grows, mentor and manage junior designers

What We're Looking For

• Native English speaker - strong written communication is a must
• 4+ years of experience in design with a focus on brand, advertising, or marketing
• A portfolio demonstrating strong brand leadership, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing formats (social, email, paid ads, web)
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clean, compelling visuals
• A strategic thinker who can lead creative direction, not just execute it
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech — a strong advantage

Bonus Points

• Experience designing for fintech or financial services brands
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects)
• Understanding of US market brand aesthetics and digital advertising standards
