• Experienced Program/Project Manager role focused on leading complex R&D projects from initiation to delivery.
• Responsible for guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams including system engineering.
• Involved in defining technical strategies and supporting key architectural decisions.
• Lead full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, Gantt charts, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure development processes deliver strong business value and meet organizational goals.
• Promote high standards of quality, agility, collaboration, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate closely with internal R&D teams, clients, and supply chain partners.
• Work with international teams and partners across multiple countries.
• Lead technology implementation with strategic partners and external stakeholders.
• Support system integration efforts across mechanical, electronic, and software domains.
• Manage requirements and technical aspects throughout product development.
• Track project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and leadership.
• May include occasional short international business trips.

Key Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary development projects.
• Experience with direct team leadership or matrix management.
• Proven ability to manage large and complex development programs.
• Strong system integration and requirements management experience.
• Excellent planning, tracking, and execution skills.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Engineering background – advantage.
• Experience in a startup environment – advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
