Mechanical Engineer – R&D

TDK-Lambda, a global leader in the development and manufacturing of programmable power supplies, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join its R&D department.

The role involves the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems for the company’s products, with close collaboration across R&D, operations, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical design of power supplies and assemblies, including electronic enclosures.
• Designing parts and producing drawings using SolidWorks, including conducting design validation and approvals.
• Performing thermal analysis and developing cooling solutions.
• Maintaining and improving existing products alongside the development of new products.
• Supporting products through initial production processes and providing ongoing engineering support to manufacturing.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with up to 5 years of experience.
• Experience in mechanical design (advantage: electronic packaging/enclosures).
• Proficiency in CAD software, with an emphasis on SolidWorks.
• Experience with water cooling systems – an advantage.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Strong self-learning ability and teamwork skills.
