Who We Are

AYA New York is a Manhattan-based real estate investment and development platform, focused on multifamily residential and hospitality assets.

Following a public bond issuance, the company is in a growth phase and is building its finance team in Israel.

A hands-on, execution-focused role with full responsibility for day-to-day accounting across multiple entities.

You will work closely with the CFO and senior finance team, with responsibility for data accuracy and supporting the preparation of financial statements.

• Collecting, reviewing, and recording invoices and financial documents
• Managing accurate day-to-day bookkeeping
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Handling vendors, payments, and ongoing tracking
• Supporting the monthly close process
• Working closely with management to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Maintaining organization, order, and accessibility of all financial records

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Bookkeeping certification (Level 2/3)
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with accounting systems (Priority / NetSuite / Hashavshevet – advantage)
• Good English, including working with documents in English
• Experience working with multiple entities – significant advantage
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently
• Execution-oriented mindset with high ownership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
