Vp Sales & Marketing

A leading defense-tech company is looking for a senior VP-level Regional Sales & Marketing leader to drive business growth across Africa.

• Own and lead all business and sales activities across Africa
• Develop and execute market penetration and growth strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and key stakeholders
• Identify opportunities and lead complex sales cycles through to closure
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, presales, engineering, and leadership teams
• Lead and align multidisciplinary teams
• Represent the company in international engagements

• 10+ years of experience in sales & Business Development within defense companies
• Proven track record of closing deals in African markets in recent years
• Deep understanding of African markets, government dynamics, and business culture
• Strong network with key decision-makers and partners in the region
• Experience managing teams and leading complex, long-term sales processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent English
