About the Role

Lead and drive Tenzai’s creative vision across field marketing, social media, and digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative concepts and execution for global campaigns
• Own and evolve Tenzai’s visual identity
• Work collaboratively across company teams
• Oversee production of marketing assets (social, field, landing pages)
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels
• Guide designers while staying hands-on

Requirements

• 5+ years in creative/brand/marketing design
• Strong portfolio of campaigns and storytelling
• Experience in fast-moving, high-scale environments
• Ability to work both strategically and hands-on
• Ability to build and scale brand systems
