Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end technological projects within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.

• End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and execution to final delivery and monitoring.
• Planning & Execution: Build and manage Gantt charts, project timelines, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central sync point between internal R&D teams (Hardware & Software) and external vendors.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for large-scale enterprises.
• Technical Specs: Translate complex client requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for the development teams.
• On-Site Deployment: Lead system deployments at client sites across the country, including hands-on user training and troubleshooting.

Must-Have:

• Proven Development Background: Prior experience in software or hardware development is mandatory.
• Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Project Management within a technological or multi-disciplinary environment.
• Enterprise Experience: Proven track record of working with large-scale organizations.
• Language Skills: Native-level Hebrew and high-proficiency English (written and verbal).
• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to client sites throughout Israel.

Advantages:

• Familiarity with RFID technologies, ERP systems, and logistical processes.
• Experience with PMO tools and Agile methodologies.
