This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the hiring process, including identifying staffing needs, crafting job descriptions, and posting job listings. Responsibilities include conducting candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, as well as maintaining strong communication with hiring managers. Additionally, the specialist will manage onboarding, oversee training sessions, and implement recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent.

• Proficiency in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing techniques
• Strong Communication skills for building relationships with candidates and internal teams
• Experience in conducting Training sessions for onboarding and employee development
• Ability to create and implement strategic hiring plans
• Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes
• Knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with recruitment trends and practices within Israel is an advantage
