Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology System Specialist, located in Petach Tikva\ Hadera. In this role, you will provide technical support, oversee system administration tasks, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. You will also maintain and enhance network security, ensure the reliable operation of IT infrastructure, and assist in implementing advanced systems in accordance with best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Support and Information Technology roles
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Knowledge of System Administration and maintenance practices
• Understanding of Network Security principles and practices
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA Security+) are an advantage
• Familiarity with cloud-based IT solutions and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) is a plus
