Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a highly technical, hands-on Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex infrastructure programs across Data Centers, DevOps tooling, automation, and large-scale systems. This role requires a deep technical understanding combined with strong execution, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive clarity and alignment across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.

You will own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure initiatives, improve processes, identify gaps, and accelerate execution while partnering closely with global and local engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

Lead large-scale technical programs across Data Center deployments, infrastructure modernization, automation, and system integration.

Own end-to-end program lifecycle: requirements, scope, planning, risks, execution, delivery, and post-mortem.

Manage dependencies across DevOps, Networking, System/Compute, Storage, DCops, and Facilities.

Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, dashboards, and KPIs.

Drive alignment between local and global engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.

Technical Execution & Ownership

Work hands-on with engineering teams to understand system design, architecture, and technical constraints.

Contribute to automation workflows, CI/CD processes, scripts, and Infra-as-Code practices.

Partner with DevOps teams to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of infra platforms.

Support Data Center technical design reviews, hardware planning, rack layouts, cabling design, and deployments.

Identify technical risks early, propose mitigation, and ensure readiness for deployment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Interface with DevOps, SysOps, NetEng, DCops, SRE, Facilities, Business Operations, and PMO teams.

Facilitate communication between local engineering teams and global technology groups.

Drive consistency and standardization across infrastructure processes globally.

Process & Operational Excellence

Build and refine workflows for Data Center deployments, automation, configuration management, and provisioning.

Improve execution speed by identifying bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies.

Define ation, playbooks, and best practices for infrastructure programs.

Required Qualifications

6–10+ years of experience in technical program management or technical project management.

Strong hands-on background in DevOps, Systems (Linux), Networking, or Data Center Infrastructure.

Solid understanding of:

CI/CD pipelines

Automation frameworks (Python, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Monitoring/observability tools

Virtualization and container platforms (VMware, K8s, Docker)

Data Center environments (racks, PDUs, cooling, cabling, HW lifecycle)

Proven record of driving large technical programs in complex environments.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in global organizations with distributed teams.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Experience with Data Center automation, provisioning tools, and orchestration.

• Technical certifications (RHCE, CCNA/CCNP, AWS, Kubernetes, PMP, PgMP) – an advantage.
