Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an attorney at saltsberg & pollak. The position is based in Herzliya, with the flexibility to work partially from home. Primary responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice to clients, conducting legal research, and representing clients in legal proceedings. The role requires close collaboration with team members and clients to ensure the delivery of exceptional legal services.

Qualifications

1. Strong legal writing and documentation skills, including the ability to draft, review, and edit legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail

2. Expertise in legal research, analysis, and interpretation of laws, regulations, and precedents

3. Client communication skills and the ability to provide clear and concise legal advice

4. Experience representing clients in legal disputes and proceedings

5. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in inshurance law and civil law

6. Proficiency in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

7. Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and an active license to practice law in Israel

8. Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple cases and deadlines

9. Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues

10. Proficiency in legal technology tools and ai software is an advantage
