We're looking for someone who lives at the intersection of technology and people management — a hands-on team lead who knows how to build, deliver, and lead.
At BringUp, we help organizations transform the way they work through information systems, CRM, automation, and AI-powered solutions. We've guided dozens of organizations from end to end — and we're growing fast.
What you'll do: Lead and mentor a team of implementation specialists, drive complex projects from kickoff to delivery, work directly with clients across industries, and maintain a high standard of execution and efficiency. This role combines field work with team leadership — you'll be both a builder and a manager.
What we're looking for:
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field — from a leading academic institution
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience implementing information systems and automation solutions
- Real experience with AI tools — building Agents, working with Claude Code and MCP
- Proven ability to lead people, not just projects
- Strong client-facing communication and a structured, results-driven mindset
- Experience with Monday.com, Make, and similar platforms
- Prior team leadership experience — a significant advantage
