Primary Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze performance, leading monetization automation.

Develop business by recruiting new partners.

Ensure client and customer satisfaction.

Conduct A/B testing and refine monetization strategies.

Identify and optimize workflow inefficiencies.

Negotiate commercial terms using analytical data.

Drive revenue growth and new initiatives.

1+ years of programmatic advertising experience - a must.

Familiarity with RTB, XML, Ad Networks, SSPs, DSPs - a must.

Experience with Pop, New Tab, Browser Extensions, Redirect , Push Notifications,

Display Monetization fields - an advantage.

Strong analytical skills and ability to handle large datasets.

Self-sufficient, proactive, and results-driven.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Fluent/native English speaker - a must; other languages - an advantage.
