About the Company
We are a fast-growing international portfolio of beauty brands, built to create products people genuinely love and use every day.
We're looking for a Performance Creative Designer who thinks in conversions. This role is for a creative executor — someone who makes ads run at scale, reads what's working, and designs the next iteration before anyone asks. A marketing ads portfolio is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Design static and performance ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google Display
- Create multiple creative variations for testing and optimization at scale
- Design email visuals and build flows in Klaviyo
- Run competitor analysis and feed insights back into creative
- Produce AI-powered assets using Higgsfield, Google Flow, Nano Banana, and Flux engines — refined into performance-ready designs
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of performance marketing design experience
- Beauty brand experience — strong advantage
- Figma + Adobe Creative Suite — non-negotiable
- Strong understanding of ad formats, platforms, and creative constraints
- Klaviyo experience — welcome
- Hands-on AI creative workflow experience — mandatory
Location
On-site, 5 days a week from our Tel Aviv offices
