DevOps Engineer for New BU

As a DevOps Engineer, you will take leading part in designing and managing our infrastructure and deployment strategies. You will implement modern DevOps practices, build scalable, secure systems, and work with clients all over the world. Your expertise will help shape the future of our technology stack and ensure the success of our clients.

We are seeking highly motivated DevOps to join our new business unit and contribute to the product’s early stages. We have a Startup DNA and looking for people who thrive in flat organization, hands-on by nature, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product infra strategy: Define and implement DevOps strategies for cloud and on-prem K8s clusters-based product deployments.
• Infrastructure as Code: Architect and maintain infrastructure using Terraform or similar IaC tools, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Cloud Optimization: Optimize AWS infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
• R&D Support: Implement and manage dev environments for developers including CI/CD, monitoring and alerting systems.
• Customer success: Be the go-to person for product field deployments at customer sites, including remote & on-site assistance

• Experience: 2+ years in DevOps role, with hands-on experience in production K8s environment.
• Terraform Expertise: hands-on experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Kubernetes Mastery: Proven track record of managing Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Scripting Skills: Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash, for automation tasks.
• Monitoring Knowledge: Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools.
• Customer Oriented: willing to travel to customer sites worldwide during deployment stages
  
  

• Experience with on-prem K8s large scale deployments.
• Knowledge of communication or network-intensive applications.
• Exposure to real-time big data systems and distributed architectures.
