We are a growing US-facing sweepstakes casino looking for a Casino Operations Manager to
own three things: game provider relationships, payment solution partnerships, and game floor
yield. You will work directly with the CEO in a startup environment where you have real
ownership from day one.
What You'll Do:
• Manage relationships with game providers — negotiations, integrations, SLA
compliance, and portfolio decisions.
• Configure game parameters (RTP, volatility, bet limits, coin denominations) to maximize
GGR and player yield.
• Own the game lobby strategy — placement, featured titles, and game mix with a yield-per-session lens.
• Monitor game-level KPIs (hold %, average bet, spin frequency) and act on
underperformers.
• Manage payment processor and prize redemption partner relationships; optimize
conversion and compliance.
• Report weekly to the CEO with clear data from our BI tools (currently Superset).
What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years in online casino or sweepstakes operations with hands-on game configuration
experience.
• Strong grasp of casino game mechanics: RTP, hold, volatility, and how they drive revenue.
• Experience managing game provider and/or payment vendor relationships.
• Analytical — comfortable pulling and acting on data independently.
• Startup-ready: self-directed, resourceful, no need for a lot of process around you.
