We’re looking for a Marketing Operations & Events Manager to help drive the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives across events, brand programs, and cross-functional campaigns.

This role is for someone who loves making things happen, turning complex initiatives into clear execution plans, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring every detail is covered.

You will help scale the marketing team’s execution - leading events, brand activations, and logistics end-to-end. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to chaos, and delivers with high quality.

What you’ll do

• Lead execution of marketing programs, events, and brand activations
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and workflows across initiatives
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors (agencies, production, etc.)
• Own end-to-end delivery of events, from planning to on-site execution
• Drive execution by tracking progress, solving problems, and removing blockers
• Manage logistics, production, and materials while improving team processes

What we’re looking for

• Strong bias for action and a “get things done” mentality
• 2+ years of experience in marketing programs, events, operations, or similar execution-focused roles (preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity)
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Experience working with external vendors, agencies, and partners, including US-based stakeholders
• Experience with events, field marketing, or branded experiences
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, stay calm under pressure, and execute with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Hands-on and collaborative, with a high level of ownership and a willingness to roll up your sleeves, balancing big-picture coordination with attention to the smallest details
