The Role Includes:

✔ Implementing and leading Salesforce projects in the SMB environment.

✔ Building and maintaining advanced CRM systems.

✔ Requirements characterization, configuration, automations, permission management, reporting, and more.

✔ Working with various Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Nonprofit, and more.

Requirements:

✔ 2+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation – Mandatory.

✔ Proficiency in platform Best Practices and automations (Flows, Validation Rules, etc.).

✔ Creative thinking, multitasking abilities, and positive energy.

✔ High-level English proficiency.

Significant Advantages:

• Previous experience in managing technological projects or leading business processes.
• Familiarity with OmniStudio, Service & Sales Cloud, Digital Experience, or system integrations.
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or a relevant field.
