Senior Photogrammetry & Computer Vision Algorithms Engineer | Founding Team

Are you passionate about the intersection of 3D Geometry, Real-time Video, and Autonomous Systems?

We are building a new, elite defense-tech unit dedicated to the cutting edge of Autonomy and AI. We are looking for a Senior Algorithms Engineer to lead the research and development of our core spatial-intelligence capabilities.

This is a rare opportunity to tackle complex "Greenfield" challenges, from optical calibration to real-time 3D reconstruction.

What You’ll Do?

• Develop advanced Photogrammetry and Computer Vision algorithms.
• Solve complex optimization, image matching, and error analysis problems.
• Work on 3D Geometry, Stereo vision, and Panorama stitching.
• Lead object extraction (features), identification, and radiometric image processing.
• Optimize algorithms for real-time performance, including parallelization and GPU acceleration.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years in Photogrammetry / Image Processing algorithm development.
• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Geoinformatics, or Geodesy.
• Programming: Strong C++ skills (Mandatory); Python (Significant Advantage).
• Core Expertise: * Deep understanding of Camera Models and Optical Calibration.
• Experience with Image Matching & Optimization problems.
• Hands-on experience with OpenCV.
• System Experience: * Development of Real-time Video camera systems.
• Experience with camera-based systems on UAVs/Autonomous platforms.
• Performance: Experience in runtime optimization and parallelization (GPU experience is a major plus).
