We’re looking for an Information Security & Cybersecurity Expert to join a leading healthcare organization and take a key role in shaping and leading its cyber strategy.

What you'll do:

• Lead the organization’s information security and cybersecurity domain

• Define and implement security strategy and work plans

• Conduct risk assessments and identify technological and process gaps

• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (ISO 27001, privacy, etc.)

• Support and secure projects end-to-end

• Manage and respond to cyber incidents, including analysis and lessons learned

• Promote security awareness and lead employee training programs

• Oversee business continuity and cyber resilience readiness

• Manage third-party and supply chain risks, including audits and requirements

• Lead internal and external security audits

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in Information Security / Cybersecurity

• Proven experience leading processes and end-to-end projects

• Hands-on experience with risk assessments and policy writing

• Experience working in regulated environments

• Ability to translate business needs into practical security solutions

• Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams

• Strong analytical thinking, system-wide vision, and strategic mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience in the healthcare sector

• Familiarity with advanced regulations and standards

• Experience with ISO audits

Education & Certifications:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience

• Security certifications (CISO, DPO, ISO, etc.) – a strong advantage
