System Trainer

User Support Specialist

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Procurement System Trainer and User Support Specialist for a large government organization in Jerusalem.

Job Description:

The specialist will be responsible for system implementation, training, maintenance, and support for all system users across the organization.

The role requires strong familiarity with the organization’s hardware, software, and off-the-shelf products, and includes delivering both individual and group training on software and applications. The position also includes training and implementation for new dedicated systems as well as refresh training for existing systems.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Writing training materials for users
• Serving as the link between field requirements and internal teams
• Introducing the systems to new government offices
• Monitoring and improving system usability for all users
• Maintaining direct contact with support centers to strengthen the connection between users and the systems
• Working to improve the support environment and the overall user relationship with the systems

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience delivering training / lectures to large groups of dozens of participants
• Experience in implementing computer systems in an internet-based environment
• Experience in writing training materials
• Experience working with customers
