We’re looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to build and lead our analytics function from the ground up. This is a foundational role with end-to-end ownership: from defining data strategy and infrastructure to driving product insights and shaping decision-making across the company.

You will be the go-to expert for all things data—partnering closely with product, marketing, and leadership to turn data into a competitive advantage.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own the company’s analytics function from scratch (tools, data models, processes, and best practices)
• Define and track key product and business KPIs across the full player lifecycle
• Design and analyze player journeys, in-game behavior, and monetization funnels
• Partner with product teams to influence feature design through data-driven insights
• Create dashboards, reports, and self-service tools for stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear data specifications for engineering
• Establish experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohort analysis, etc.)
• Lay the groundwork for future data team growth (analysts, data engineers, scientists)

Must Have

• Proven experience in social gaming or real-money gaming
• Experience building or significantly shaping an analytics function or data infrastructure
• Strong analytical and mathematical thinking
• Hands-on SQL (comfortable working independently with complex queries)
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Looker etc..)
• Product mindset with experience influencing product decisions
• Ability to write clear specs and work closely with engineering teams
• Passion for gaming (mobile / casual / arcade-style)

Strong Advantages

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment (building from 0→1)
• Background in engineering, mathematics, or a related field
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and statistical analysis
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or building internal data agents
