Architectural Drafter

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an Architectural Drafter for a leading financial organization in the Shfela region.

ob Description:

This role includes managing and coordinating architectural planning with internal and external stakeholders, including coordination meetings and handling engineering changes and electromechanical systems.

The position also includes:

Preparing plans, details, and technical specifications
Working with AutoCAD and Revit in accordance with BIM principles
Preparing documentation for building permits
Working with authorities and city engineers
Participating in cross-functional project teams and providing backup to other planners as needed
Applying knowledge of the Planning and Building Law and relevant standards

Requirements:

Education as an Interior Designer, Architectural Practical Engineer, or Architect
At least 3 years of experience in architectural planning for public-sector projects, preferably in affiliated organizations such as banks, healthcare funds, or similar
Strong professional and technical knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Office
Experience in project management and proficiency in PowerPoint
Technical thinking, ability to work under pressure, provide real-time solutions, and manage multiple interfaces
