A leading global Fintech company operating in the online trading and capital markets space is seeking an Experienced Cybersecurity person to elevate and govern its enterprise security posture.

Reporting directly to the VP DevOps & IT, this is a senior, hands-on role combining security architecture, compliance leadership, and deep technical execution across a complex, regulated, multi‑cloud environment.

The Role:

This position sits at the intersection of Security, IT, Risk, and R&D - owning both high-level governance and practical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Strategy & Governance

• Design and implement enterprise-wide security policies, standards, and governance frameworks
• Drive risk-based prioritization aligned with business and regulatory needs
• Advise leadership on evolving threat landscapes and mitigation strategies

Advanced Security Architecture

• Architect and optimize IAM and access control models
• Serve as Security SME across IT and infrastructure projects
• Ensure Security-by-Design principles are embedded across systems

Security Operations & Hardening

• Lead system hardening initiatives for Windows and Linux environments
• Evaluate and implement advanced defensive technologies
• Strengthen overall enterprise security posture

Vulnerability & Offensive Security

• Own the Vulnerability Management lifecycle
• Prioritize remediation based on CVSS scoring and exploitability
• Manage external Penetration Testing engagements
• Drive remediation efforts with IT and R&D teams

Compliance & ICT Audit Management

• Lead internal and external ICT audit readiness
• Align policies and technical controls with regulatory requirements (ISA, CySEC, DORA)
• Translate regulatory frameworks into actionable security controls

Resilience & Continuity

• Contribute to Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) programs
• Participate in resilience drills and operational continuity planning

Must Have Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity
• Proven hands-on expertise with:
• Microsoft Defender (ATP / M365)
• Cloudflare
• Firewalls & Web filtering solutions
• Strong Windows and Linux hardening experience
• Scripting/automation capabilities (PowerShell, Python)
• Multi-cloud security experience (Azure / AWS)
• Fluent English & Hebrew

Advantages

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or Microsoft Security (SC‑200 / SC‑100)

Security Stack: Microsoft Defender, Cloudflare, Exchange ATP, Intune, Conditional Access, Microsoft Purview (DLP & Information Protection)

Infrastructure: Windows & Linux Servers, Multi‑Cloud (Azure/AWS)

Tools: SIEM/SOC workflows, vulnerability scanners, automated audit tools
