Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Systems Analyst for an insurance organization in Jerusalem.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join the team and lead the analysis and design of processes for a system in the SIGINT / telecom domain.
This role requires integration into a web-based system environment.
The position includes:
- Analyzing system processes and interfaces with other police systems
- Working with both internal and external stakeholders
- Traveling as needed as part of the role
This system is defined as life-critical, and the role requires availability for 24/7 on-call duty.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in analysis and specification of information systems
- Proven experience in analyzing information systems in WEB / WIN environments
- Experience working with clients and professional counterparts, including requirements gathering and writing technical specification documents
- Experience analyzing complex information systems in a large organization
- Experience working with databases (SQL Server), including writing queries and designing ERDs
