AI Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Our marketing department is going all-in on AI-first, and we’re looking for the person who’s going to build that from the ground up.

This is a one-person execution unit – replacing an entire supply chain: creative studio, designer, and vendor management. You get a brief, you own it end to end. No hand-holding.

What you’ll actually be doing:

∙ Creating visuals, ads, and marketing content using Generative AI tools – at a level that looks like it came out of a professional studio

∙ Building and launching high-converting landing pages, no designer or developer needed

∙ Connecting systems and building automations: CRM integrations, Make / Zapier, and using AI to solve logical problems on the fly

∙ Keeping up with new tools as they drop and folding them into how we work

Requirements

∙ Full command of Generative AI tools for both visuals and copy – proven work, not just “I’ve played around with it”

∙ A strong design eye – the output needs to look like it came out of a proper branding studio

∙ Technical fluency: comfortable reading API docs, building workflows, and troubleshooting on your own

∙ Experience building landing pages from scratch (Webflow, Elementor, or similar)

∙ A true self-starter – you take a brief and run with it, no hand-holding needed

Experience level: open – your portfolio does the talking.
