Role Description

As our Founding AI Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between deep AI infrastructure and seamless commerce experiences. You will own the product roadmap for our Operating System for AI commerce, working directly with the founders and our customers to translate complex agentic protocols into intuitive, high-converting products. This role requires a strong technical foundation to collaborate deeply with R&D on AI workflows, orchestration, and API integrations.

Flexibility: We are looking for team players yet flexible - hybrid model of 4 days of work from the office, 1 from home.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap.
• Translate emerging agentic protocols into actionable product requirements and features.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to design AI orchestration logic.
• AX/UX interviews and research & analyze product performance using observability and analytics tools to optimize AX.
• Conduct customer and market research to ensure our vendor-agnostic and model-agnostic infrastructure continually meets the needs of our ICP.

Qualifications (Must-have)

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Strong technical background.
• Proven experience working directly with AI/ML products, specifically involving LLMs, conversational AI, or agent workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of end‑to‑end product workflows.

Nice-to-have/Bonus

• Previous startup/founding or early-stage PM experience, especially scaling a product from 0→1.
• Experience in the e-commerce or travel space.
